Ms. Allenfort's exceptional musicality and passion for music, along with her vibrant personality, attract many music lovers to her recitals and concerts. She interprets music with acute sensitivity to human emotions and takes her audience to a rich inner mind scape. 

It is very unusual to find an accomplished solo pianist who can collaborate and enrich other musicians — Ms. Allenfort is one of those rare pianists. She is not only an extraordinary solo pianist, she is also exceptional as an ensemble musician and an accompanist.

I am one of the lucky dozens who get to enjoy Elif's music every Sunday. 12 years ago, when I first attended the Lake Shore Unitarian Society's service, I was blown away by Elif's talent and musicality. Her music was a major deciding factor for me to join the church. I have since been given the honor of succeeding our former Music/Choir Director and working with Elif. She adds depth and vibrant hue to the choir's voices when she accompanies us. And as with most notable artists, she is keenly aware of the world around her, and her thirst for deeper knowledge about wide range of topics seems unquenchable. She is a dedicated artist and a teacher, with a generous heart and a quick (and extremely funny) mind.
